You are not required to take your vehicle to the dealer in order to maintain your warranty. A warranty cannot require the use of a specific brand of replacement parts offered by your selling dealer. Ran into a problem on 75 southbound. Stopped at the mobile gas at Beaver Rd and was recommended to M & R. Mike saw I was in a jam, got me in, fixed and back on the road within the hour. They are reliable, honest, reasonable. Thanks to the mechanic also for hooking the trailer back up and all the advice from everyone. Very much appreciated. God Bless.

Rude! Tell you one thing and, when confronted, say “I never said that.” Make an appointment and sit for an hour just to get your car back into the shop! For a quick oil change! Will NEVER use them again. If I can’t trust you for an oil change, you definitely won’t touch my car when something serious happens!

If you need repairs done on your vehicle, don't take it to M&R in Bay City, Michigan. They do not stand behind their work and obviously not their workmanship. Had head gaskets fixed a year ago and just because we fixed the thermostat from a different mechanic and friend of ours a couple months ago, the won't stand behind their warranty and/or work… they did. They wanted another $1500 to fix it. Oh and by the way... they did not call to discuss what was wrong with it after having if for a week and a half. Very, very bad customer service... don't go here!!!
