Air Conditioning Report

Your vehicle's air conditioning system is responsible for many aspects of the cooling and heating system in your vehicle. You know that the air conditioning system cools your car in the summer, but it also plays an important role in the heating, defrosting, air filtering and humidity control, providing you with a clear view of the road.

Alignment Report

Wheel Alignment along with tire/wheel balancing will help your tires last much longer, but they are two different things. A wheel alignment may be needed if your vehicle is pulling to the left or right when the steering wheel is in the straight ahead position or if your tires are wearing unevenly.

Alternator/Starters Report

An alternator is a simple component that contains only a few parts, it is critical in the operation of your vehicle. It turns the mechanical energy of the engine's rotating crank shaft into electricity through induction. The wires within the alternator cut through a magnetic field and this induces electrical current, which powers your car's accessories.

Batteries Report

You don't think of your vehicle's battery until one day you try to start your car and only hear the starter, then it clicks, then. Two of the main causes that damage a battery are excessive summer heat and overcharging, caused by a faulty component in the charging system itself, like your regulator.

Our Master Certified Technicians check your belts and hoses at each oil change. Great place and people but every single time i have made an appointment i wait for over an hour before they even start on my vehicle. They are not good on times or appointments whatsoever be prepared to wait and wait

I'm very happy with the recommendations and the purchase. A little disappointed that it took three plus hours to have four tires put on but it was the day after Thanksgiving and they were somewhat short staffed. The new tires are much quieter than the previous ones and that was one of the criteria.

I had a hitch installed. Work done was perfect.
My only concern was with the counter staff. They were not welcoming at all. I have used Rowleys for many years. This was a first for me. Perhaps something bad had just happened. I spent a lot of money to be treated as an "inconvenience".

Worst experience ever. Mechanic got into my truck and jabbed the brake pedal causing brake fluid to leak out of abs module. Said he couldn't align it because of that. So they sent me home without any brakes. What a fun ride home 15 miles away without brakes. Almost two accidents on the way home. Thanks Rowley's

I came 3 times for a tire repair. They were too busy to help me. I had just bought 4 new tires a couple weeks before. Although they KNEW my tire was losing air... they NEVER once offered to give me air ALL THREE TIMES. I went to a new place and they were much better, interested in my business. I found a new place.

Great place to get your car fixed. I have been going there for the past couple years now, and they do good work. They will usually have me in and out in less than 2 hours, and wont recommend any of the extra things most car repair places will try to stick you with.
