We moved into the complex in August 10' and a dryer, one of three, in our local laundry unit broke down and a note was immediately placed on the unit stating that the management knew the unit was broken and it would be repaired soon. We are currently in Feb. of 12' and the dryer is still broken which makes it hard to do laundry when there are three washers, two dryers and two full buildings fighting to do laundry. Also the neighborhood is MISERABLE! It is so unsafe to walk around during the day or the night. There are break ins all over the area. The gates blocking people out of the apartments
