Following up to multiple listings they had online for an available apartment, I had been in touch with somebody via email named Philipe who even sent me a calendar invite to meet to view an available unit the following morning, which I accepted.
I showed up early the next morning and waited til about 20 minutes after we were scheduled to meet. Philipe never showed up, never called, and never emailed. I called the property leasing phone number he provided in his calendar invite and it was a disconnected number. I found an emergency maintenance phone number on a sign on the wall at the apartment
