WORST service ever! 1st the lady at the front desk is VERY rude, I arrived to the property and she said that she couldn't find my reservation (that I booked through hotels.com) and that the hotel was booked, I contacted hotels.com and they contacted them and the front desk lady kept hanging up the phone on them! then she said that she could offer me another room at a 50% extra price, I really don't know if this hotel has that kind of shady policy, but the whole situation is completely unacceptable, steer clear of this property if you can.

Hello and good day. I am not sure if there is any oversight as to the people working the front desk and or answering the phones. I called as was dismissed twice because they couldn't find my booking. My work company booked the room for me and the second time I called the lady that didn't answer my questions hung up on me. I showed up to the location in west covina at 215p on Aug 27th 2020 and was rudely accepted and my concerns we seemingly of no concern to the guy at the desk. In addition the website says 2pm is check in and now I am being told it is 230p. I am not sure if these people just have

No bathtub plug guy was super rude to me. They are your typical slum lords. Snack machine didn't work no extra towels. First time I've ever booked an extra night thru hotels. Com and they made me pay an early check-in fee when really I was just extending my stay another day. I'd. Stay at the Travelodge next door.

Rude staff. Spent one night here recently. They wouldnât let me park in the handicap spot because the front desk lady said it blocked her view of some of the parking lot. The night guy was argumentative with my girlfriend when she asked for another key because the one she had wasnât working. Also, they only credited back $25 of the $50 deposit. They acknowledged the error but then didnât fix it after a week. Garbage place run by garbage people.

If you need a room on short notice, aren't expecting amenities like Hilton, want a smoker room and need a fridge for your drinks, this works fine. It's not run down or red light, just a basic clean little hotel/motel. The police station is close so it's decent. I've gone many times last few years with no problems.

Great deal on jacuzzi room and room was on point! Spacious layout, modern new design/decor, sparkling clean tub with the best jets u could ever want and includes tub/shower combo in separate bathroom. No microwave but has a new small fridge, partitioned living room area that has coffee table and pull out couch. Atmosphere at hotel is quiet and managers are very nosy and come down hard on visitors. Not the spot to have any kind of group gathering, but perfect for weekend trips solo or couple.
