Acupuncture skillfully wields the energy of the body to resolve disharmony. As a life-long learner I'm always evolving through education, meditation and personal growth. I started practicing Vipassana Meditation in 2008 which fundamentally altered my life, as much as discovering acupuncture had done. I've continued doing ten-day silent Vipassana retreats yearly since. I have been in practice offering Traditional Asian Medicine since 2011.

I've been seeing Jackie for years. She's been an important healer in my life. After the treatments, I would float out the door, like I was floating on air. I felt good, I nearly felt like a new person. I would go to a restaurant after just to feel this feeling as long as I could. One time with one point I saw the color blue. I am so glad to have received healing support from Jacqueline! I consulted her about peri-menopausal symptoms that had plagued me for a few years at that point. I’d been on the hunt for an alternative medicine approach to healing a chronic issue with my elbow for over a year. None of the “traditional” approaches had gotten me any relief. OMG Jackie saved me when she diagnosed and naturally treated 2 different brown recluse spider bites on my leg...Her calm, collected, peaceful manner made me feel so safe and reassured, which also helped me heal. She gave me herbs to apply topically to the wounds, AND herbs to take internally to clear the poison, which a Western doctor never would have done. Later, I've been able to come to Jackie and sh's helped me to restore my balance whenever I've had other health issues. Jacqueline Anaya is a true gifted healer. She embodies all that it means to be a health care practitioner. She is intelligent, compassionate, intuitive, and science oriented. A few years ago I went to see her for extreme menstrual bleeding due to perimenopause symptoms. It was scary to say the least. Prior to seeing Jacqueline I went to a general gynecologist and she checked to make sure it wasn't caused by something more serious such as cancer which thankfully it wasn't.The next step would have been a uterine ablation. Jackie is a wonderful healer! She's warm, caring, and very knowledgeable. I always recommend her to anyone I know that has any type of pain. I play a lot of tennis and am constantly finding new pains in multiple parts of my body. I first went to see Jackie about a year ago to get some relief for my tennis elbow. Jackie is amazing, I got acupuncture and cupping it was ALL amazing and so relaxing. I was scared at first of needles but she insured me it will be fine. It took away my stress, anxiety, she plays calm music. All in all I wish I could give her a 10 star. I highly recommend Jackie. Can’t wait to go back.
