In late May, 2021, I brought my boat (140 Mercruiser) to Cabot Marine LLC for a persistent idle issue I was having. Second week of my boat being at the repair/storage shop on Rockwell St., Joe, the mechanic, did a compression test and determined my cylinder head gasket needed replaced. Without contacting me first, Joe, between the second and third week, took it upon himself to pull the engine (I/O) out of my boat. He removed the valve cover, intake manifold, cylinder head, and gasket, then scattered the pieces on his floor beside my boat. I spoke with (2) of his employees, which didn’t seem to
