Called to have my garage door problem diagnosed. They showed up the next day. Informed me that it was led lights causing the door not to be closing using remotes and car homelinks. Bought incandescent bulbs as suggested. Was charged $117 and service guy said he was giving me a break.Problem still persisted. Called back twice and left message for further analysis / diagnostics. Messages were not returned. Will not recommend E&S Overhead Doors to anyone. Very un-professional. At least call back.

Called Saturday, closed but had a voicemail. 8am Monday Fran called me back. Friendly and accommodating, she fit my repair in with a same day appointment. By 1030am my repair was completed by a courteous and professional technician.
This is the same type of experience I had when my garage opener was installed.

Dreadful small business. I called on a Friday for a simple garage door extension spring replacement. The person with whom I spoke to said they would send someone out the following Tuesday but could not offer me a set appointment time but rather said they had 3 jobs already scheduled that day and that they would arrive no later than mid afternoon. I waited all day and was not even afforded a courtesy call when they did not show up at all. I tried to reach them repeatedly over the course of the next business day only to get their voicemail.

Peter diagnosed the problem with a garage door that was sticking over the phone. He walked me through a quick & easy fix. In this day & age, when the first thing a contractor wants to do is quote you the trip fee to come out and diagnose the problem, it was wonderful to speak with someone who was just interested in trying to help out. Fran and the E&S Overhead Door Staff provided superb service and did amazing work. The job took no time at all and the installers were very polite and on time. The work came out perfectly and it far exceeded my expectations.
