This parking lot replacement project from 2009 was completed in two phases. Each phase had to be completed inside of 14 days. We demolished 3"+ of asphalt that was near the end of its structural life, dug down 9", placed 6" of gravel base, then placed 6" of concrete. Since phase one was reconstructed during July, in Las Vegas, temperatures reached 110 degrees.
