I had such a wonderful experience with John Terrani at Keepsake Diamonds. We brought in my engagement ring and wedding band . I wasnt quite sure what I wanted ... as soon as we started talking i knew I was in the right place! He didn't try to get us to go bigger , he was just helpful and very knowledgeable! Great guy, great place!

I did some research on jewelers in the area and came across Keepsake. They had very good reviews and decided to go there since I was shopping for diamond studs for my wife's upcoming birthday. I was greeted by Kelly and John. Both were very friendly and took the time to explain everything. Both made me feel comfortable unlike other stores which tend to be pushy and just make a sale. They assisted me in picking out what I was looking for while providing a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. I will definitely visit them again. Thank you John and Kelly!

I have never felt so special as when I went to see them. I needed a repair, it was done quickly and perfectly. While there i was assisted in a new purchase which was both affordable and beautiful. The entire staff was just amazing. They are the 1st booth on the left and if you don't stop by and see them it is truly your loss.

I have dealt with Keepsake for many months and I have had unrecognizable service from Amanda. She sold me a beautiful watch & a chain. Dealing with Amanda was truly a pleasure. Amanda deserves some sort of reward or extra points for her amazing attitude and positive image for the company. John, the owner, was a fantastic salesman and truly made sure my purchase was worth its price and spent numerous hours working with me on a price. John and Amanda truly made my experience worth while, but Amanda stole the show. Also I was greeted by a nice girl named Juliana I think, she was very nice too and

John was wonderful in helping us sort through some old family jewelry and figure out how we can use the diamonds from them to make 3 necklaces for the grand daughters. He was patient and worked with each of them to design 3 unique pieces. We just picked them up and they turned out really amazing - very happy customers!

I’ve been lucky enough to be gifted two beautiful pieces of jewelry from Keepsake! The ring didn’t quite fit so I went into the store and Amanda was able to fit me for the perfect size and was so nice! The owner John, was so knowledgeable and friendly. In just a couple of days they were able to return the ring to me a perfect fit! It’s so refreshing to be able to find such great customer service! I will be back ;)

My husband went to John at Keepsake Diamonds to upgrade my wedding band as an anniversary gift. John took so much time to explain the different settings, allowing me to try different rings on to explore my options and see what would look best with my current jewelry. He was in constant communication with my husband about turnaround time (which was exceptionally fast!), style, pricing, etc. John and his associates are thorough, knowledgable and extremely detail oriented, providing me with a beautiful ring that I can't wait to show off! I went into look with my daughter for a special piece for her God Mother. The booth was the first one to the left. What got our attention was the biggest most beautiful smile we ever seen so welcoming she said hi how can I help you pretty ladies? She was amazing!
