Born in Mar Del Plata, Argentina, Master Chef Pablo Boquet has more than 3 decades of experience in International Cuisine. He has owned restaurants in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and more recently, owned another restaurant in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Both of these cities are well known for their gastronomic strengths.

What an under advertised find! Strolling through the mall on a Sunday, I noticed this restaurant by one of the entrances. From the name I thought "another Italian joint", but the menu told another tale. We sat down and our waitress, super-friendly and knowledgeable, gave us a great description of the menu and the specials. We did not consume any alcoholic beverages. I have to say, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Their potatoes are excellent and the beef was of very good quality. As you would expect from an Argentianian chef. Excellent food and service. Despite being short staffed on a weekday evening the waitress/bartender was great. She covered a lot of ground that day but handled it well. The food was better than expected. Everything was fresh, hot, flavorful and the chef even came out to speak to patrons. Many local restaurants are hit or miss, serve the same types of foods, and lack good service. Port Barna beats them all!

Visited Port Barna after Christmas Shopping since is conveniently located at the Jensen Beach Mall and it was an amazing experience. I went on a Tuesday which appetizers are half off. The empanadas were on point , the main dish was delicious and the service was great.
They have a full bar and great variety of beers and wines which it makes it perfect for a nice date or a good work lunch. Will definitely come back.

I love Local vs Corporate but this place missed the mark.
Friday night at The Mall to let the Teens shop, friend & I sat down for drinks and dinner. It wasn't busy, about 7-8 tables including us.
We inquired about their wines. Waitress brought us two to try and we ordered. It took a lengthy amount of time for her to return.
We inquired about a few menu items & the waitress was unsure of some. She left to "give us a moment".
That "moment" was terribly long that we just paid for the wine and went somewhere else.
The atmosphere is nice, they have outdoor seating

We went here for a weekend lunch. We liked the atmosphere and vibe. It was very enjoyable to be seated outside. The menu was large with both tapas and larger plates with many interesting items. We shared the Argentina sausage sandwich and the fatoush salad. Both tasted fresh and well prepared. Menu prices were fairly expensive, but we could tell that the ingredients were high quality. We are looking forward to coming back for happy hour!

What a truly unexpected FABULOUS experience this was!!! We made a reservation for a Saturday afternoon and great table was set aside for us. We came for the PAELLA! Which includes a bottle of wine and homemade bread with a wonderful tasting butter with chives (nice touch). The menu says this dish serves 4 but we actually had a whole container full to take home even with 4 adults at dinner. I thought it would take a long time to get served after ordering but in reality it wasn't even that long of a wait before the Paella was at the table. Great presentation and when I say the rice was so tasty,

Had not been out much for awhile so we tried their happy hour stuff. empanada were great. the anchovies and sardines were good as well. have had lots of “gulf wild shrimp” and these were not …..unless the gulf has moved to china. paella was pretty good but lacked flavor. the seafood within it was hard to find but the dried out chicken abounded. melissa was spot on and definitely aside from the company with us those were the highlights. will not return.

We went here for Father's Day lunch and we left super full and not the slightest bit disappointed. The food here is AMAZING. We are Argentinian and Spanish, so this food is our cup of tea. Everything tasted just like it does in Argentina and Spain, so we felt right at home. We ordered a tortilla, beef and chicken empanadas and papas bravas as appetizers and they were all delicious. They also had a happy hour from 11-3pm for $3 mimosas so we each ordered 2 rounds and you could feel them hitting you! I ordered the gnocchi for lunch and it was a huge portion and very savory. It's a place for everybody. The outside seating options among the gorgeous plants are my favorites but you also have, bar stools, tables and cozy booths in the inside area. The food is amazing, I had Salmon with Zucchini Boats. WOW, so, so delicious and perfectly cooked. The kids also loved the food. The restaurant decor is beautiful and creative. I really like everything there and I can't wait to go back. Oh, and you'll be surprised with the prices, they are all less then we've expected.

It was an Amazing experience, since we open the door until we left
The food is incredible my meat was so tasty and tender I just wanted to cry, the paella was sooo incredible my husband was very happy .
The service like the food was also awesome
And the desert we order the traditional tiramisu was excellent
I don't have words to explain it, you have to go and try because its an amazing food and service
I love how the owner came to our table to chat

The lunch was dripping with some kind of oil
spilled all over the sandwiches. It was noon
with only one other couple in restaurant,
but it took at least 30 minutes to get the
food to our table. Wait staff was confused
and couldn't remember how to handle anything as more people entered restaurant.
Food was pricey and very unappetizing.
Couldn't wait to get out of there.
Very disappointing experience.

Simply the best food and service. Outside of a mall, but part of it. Ambience warm and welcoming. Even if you don't appreciate the care, the flavors, you'll enjoy your time here. But seriously, everything is extremely fresh and cooked to order.
I could taste every ingredient. This was one of those times when I found something where I was least likely to look for it! He shops at Nelson Family Farms every other day. Check out the menu. If you can cook like this at home, take a day off. I kind of doubt it, though.

Port Barna is becoming one of our favorite places for Friday night dinner and happy hour. Pablo is a fabulous chef, cooks fresh healthy food to order, all with a Mediterranean flare. The portion sizes are very large so you will not leave hungry. Don't be scared of the names of the food on the menu! Try it and you will not be disappointed - everything tastes great. The bartenders Deb and Lydia will create anything you can think of to drink and even some you can't! This is one of the top quality restaurants around- come see for yourself!

Food was delicious. Service was decent - the servers were nice enough, although they were just as frustrated as us with their apparent kitchen/bar service dysfunction. It took 90 minutes to get plain penne from the kids menu. Drinks took forever. We also had to request service and menus when we sat down (?). The actual service and delivery needs a major step up if they plan to maintain clientele and any sort of longevity in the area.

Passed thru Ft Pierce area the other day. Had a few things to PU in the mall & decided to stop for a quick lunch. Port Barna was there, so, In I go.... How NICE to be greeted by people that actually cared that I was dining in. This is not any typical mall eatery...
