Looking for a mother of the groom outfit so visited as Coco's is local to me. Thought at first the shop was closed as the door was locked but there isn't a sign stating opening times. Then I saw a lady behind the counter which is only just visible from outside at the same time I saw a bell which I rang & the assistant came & let me in
They were very helpful suggesting different dresses I may like as I did have some idea of what I want. Tried a couple on but didn't buy anything. Will be going back next week as they are getting more stock in

I absolutely love this shop- the clothes are beautiful- the staff are so pleasant and helpful and I always feel a million dollars wearing the outfits- if you’re looking for something special and want to turn heads- then go and spend some time at Coco’s- being spoiled - let’s face it ladies- we’re absolutely worth it !

Lovely outfits and can't fault the helpfulness of the staff but they have a no refunds policy. I have never been to a shop where you can't return the purchase. My son was crying so I decided to buy the outfit and then try it on at home where I could take my time . I wasn't sure it suited me so decided to return it only to find that I couldn't. Apparently there are notices behind the counter but I didn't see them when paying. An expensive lesson to learn.

I have had the most wonderful customer service in my dealing with this shop. I bought a beautiful mother of the bride outfit here in Ireland only to find it had a thread pulled and the problem with the zip when it arrived. The shop where I bought it had no size 10 left and showed no interest in phoning the supplier to get one. I phoned about ten shops in Ireland who stock ispirato and no luck. I phoned Coco and Alice couldn't have done more for me. They didn't stock the style but phoned their ispirato and got me the dress and free of post delivered it to me.
