Although West77 Partners is rather new as an organization, its executive team members have over 50 years of experience in real estate services throughout the western United States. The origin of the company name ties back to the use of the word "77" as a way to discern native Swedes at border checks during World War II due to the extreme difficulty non-Swedes had pronouncing the word.

For the company "77" is a constant reminder of our fiduciary duty to discern good investments for ourselves and our investor base. As a company, we rely heavily on years of experience and practical knowledge to uphold the standard of discernment within every aspect of our business. Easier said than applied, our paramount value of discernment has created a stable platform for creating durable investments.
