Critical: Professionalism
This lady is the most unprofessional realtor and most annoying pain in the behind i have ever met. Do not work with her. She will pretend to be knowledgeable at first but has not an inkling of knowledge on the business. I've been buying houses for 15 years and i have never worked with a more unprofessional person.

It was a TRUE PLEASURE to work with Jacqueline Nguyen and Anne from the Carpe Diem group. I cannot recommend them more highly. They arranged for a bidding war on a house I was trying to sell and they sold a house I was maybe thinking would go for 250,000 for 311,000! It NEVER would have happened without their strategic advice on exactly what to fix up and what to leave as is. Thank you Jacqueline and Anne!
