Crawford, or "Crawford Country" as it is sometimes referred to, is located in southeast Delta County and includes the hamlet of Maher in Montrose County.
This small town combining an artisan community with an historic cattle town - cattle drives through the middle of town are not uncommon - is located on the West Elk Loop Scenic and Historic Byway and serves as the gateway to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison and the Crawford State Park.The weather tends to be a bit feistier, but is hardly noticed by the ranch-toughened locals.

Orchard City is comprised of three communities - Austin, Cory and Eckert, that came together in the early 20th century to form the municipality. Centrally located in Delta County, it provides easy access to all of the towns and attractions in the area. Orchard City retains its historic charm and economic base as a fruit-growing community.

Simply put, Mike helped us make our dreams come true for a home purchase in Paonia. He understood exactly what our parameters were and made it happen. There are benefits to choosing someone with immense local knowledge and community relationships. I'd initially started with an out-of-area realty who took days to call me back even for simple questions. . that's not going to work in this hot market.
