I started out with a different lender but because of issues that may not have given me alot of benefits I was referred to Global Lending Solutions. As with everything there are small hiccups but every issue I had was addressed and resolved and every one was Awesome with getting me to a smooth closing. Global Lending Solutions is awesome! After trying several lenders in 2015 to purchase a home while my existing home was on the market for sale. Joe Kerbel got it done. I have bought and sold a few homes in my day and this experience was by far the smoothest with this facet of the process. The staff was timely, efficient, and attentiveness during the process. Even if one person was not available i was able to reach another and all parties were usually familiar or up-to-speed with my case.
Overall it was a really great experience for something that is usually tedious and sometimes frustrating. Although I do not wish to ever move again, i would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family to streamline their purchasing experience.

****** do not get a loan with this company black people******i got the car in march 2020 i became unemployed a few weeks after getting loan due to pandemic. i have been receiving the extra money from unemployment and was able to pay my car payment. i am now no longer receiving the extra money from unemployment and i called them to see if they are at least moving payments to the end of the loan due to the pandemic. they said no and ask "do i know anyone who can can pay it for me?: i'm a single african american female and it seems like they will not help black folks.they would rather repo

What can I say! Global Lending has the best customer service! We started out with the builder's mortgage company 6 months before the house was built. Worse experience ever. At the last minute we called Global Lending. We had so many special circumstances and we had 30 days to be out of the house we were renting, I called hoping for the best. The first person I spoke to was Colten, from the very start he was honest and upfront about what to expect ahead. He let us know what was possible, what wasn't, and was always available.
