Worst home buying experience of my life and I was referred to GSB by a friend. GSB Mortgage did not handle our loan process well from the beginning, they changed the type of loan at the last minute, we had to sign closing documents THREE TIMES and they sold our loan before we even closed on our home, they screwed up the amortization schedule and subsequent payments and they have ZERO customer service.
