Lady at the desk was very rude. I called an hour b4 my appt to verify time and address. She never mentioned I needed a mask. When I got there she snapped at me and gave me a mask. She continued to bark at me even after I had the mask on. talking down to me that there were signs. When I told her there was no reason to be rude and if I'd have been told when I called I'd have brought one (I live 30 mins away). She stared me down and said "do you want this appointment or not?" Uh.. not if I have to stand here and get bullied for it. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she brought in the dentist

Sooo...wow...I called to make an appointment and to make sure they took our insurance. The lady I spoke to seemed to be a problem with checking and told me to see if they were listed (fyi...I got the number from the carrier website...but it said coverages may very based on location...) Lady seemed put out by asking her to do her job...told her never mind. We will fi d somewhere more personable and helpful.
