I was very intimidated to start physical therapy to rehab my shoulder after a labrum operation, and Dr. Tyler Middleton made the process easy, he gave me expert advice and took the time to explain why we were doing what we were doing, showing me with interactive anatomy software specifically what was going on inside my shoulder as I went through the healing process and began stretching and reestablishing range of motion and strength. All the staff were friendly, courteous and even warm on all of my visits, the facility is clean, tidy, and peaceful.

So glad I was referred to Stonebridge! I was new to the area and had not been able to maintain my adjustment maintenance so I was in need of care! All the doctors were knowledgeable and helpful with getting me back into shape! The staff are so cheerful and kind with setting up appointments. I have had surgery on both rotator cuffs in the last year so i can make comparisons (as well as physical therapy before the surgeries to see if i could avoid surgery).
My experience at Stonebridge has been outstanding... the best. You get one on one therapy for your entire session. I am six weeks from my most recent surgery and I am making great progress thanks to Dr. Middleton and Katherine.
I can't recommend Stonebridge strongly enough. Do yourself a favor and come and see these folks.

Cannot say enough good things about this practice and the staff! My 13 year old son is an athlete and has been coming here for almost a year. They talk to him about what he needs to be doing to grow his game and they help with adjustments and stretches on their end. They always talk TO him, and treat him like the person in charge of his health. He tweaked his knee last week and they got us in the same day to check him out! He has made so many improvements athletically. We love them!

Started going to Stonebridge after a youth World Series baseball tournament in Houston back in July 2021. Tweaked my back hauling baseball gear, team cooler and thought it would go away on its own. It did not. After 2 weeks in pain I decided to admit I am not young anymore. My wife spoke of this place and said they are amazing. I decided to find out for myself. I can honestly say that after Chiro adjustments and physical therapy visits for the past 8 weeks, I am getting back to be 100%. The entire staff from front office to every physical therapist assistant, doctor/chiropractor is absolutely amazing
