I went there today (Saturday morning) because I had a screw in my tire that caused it to leak air slowly out. This place is right by my house and my husband has been here before. I went in told them what I needed. The gentleman at the counter, I believe his name
Was Dean, was very nice and professional. There were a lot of people coming in and phone ringing and he stayed calm and patient. I sat in waiting room while looking around at all the cool knick knacks on the walls and talking with the other customers there. They seemed nice to begin with, but I don't advise letting them work on an older car for you. The car that they worked on for me was a 2001 and they put the wrong starter on it (I was informed by another mechanic that it was a starter for a later model). In addition to that, my husband and I were driving along I-85 and we felt something like a thud In the engine, then the car stopped running and we coasted to the side of the road. It turns out that the distributor that they replaced wasn't bolted in and it fell off while we were driving on the interstate. When my husband mentioned it

So my experience with this place was absolutely amazing!!! Scott is the manager there and he is so kind, respectful, knowledgable and PROFESSIONAL! I recently went through hell with Chevy Athens Chevrolet my experience with them was absolutely terrible! So to walk into Watkins automotive and have not only Scott but the rest of his staff ( Cody especially) get my issue resolved quickly and affordably really spoke volumes to me.
