Services
Our group practice offers a variety of services tailored to your individual needs. We offer individual, group, family, and couples counseling as well as psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management. We believe the best course of treatment is the combination of medication management and psychotherapy when medication is needed for your treatment.
Our office is currently closed to in person face-to-face sessions and only using telehealth. Telehealth allows for real time face-to-face interaction that is delivered through technology. We understand that this change can be difficult for some of us but is necessary for the health and safety of our staff and clients.

Shanez is the best and the only reason I have stayed with them for 4-5 years now. I’m held off filling an official report for months but no longer. Staff is not properly trained to talk to patients in a mental health facility. Christina the office manager has been super rude to me on multiple occasions. Three owners and one has nothing to do with the office part and is apparently very unprofessional. I was warned not to ask for him. The other two women owners were on vacation when I first made a complaint. One called me back and apologize but nothing else came of it. She was a therapist not a

The people there have helped me so much. I have had quite a few bad experiences with psychiatrists in the past and never really had a therapist before so it was a new experience but I have worked to improve my mental health and learned so much from the therapy I receive there. I continue to discover new ways to help myself cope with issues I have been dealing with since I was a child. I recommend Peace of Mind to anyone I know who is struggling with depression or anxiety. I can’t say enough good things about the care I receive there.

Horrible office staff, doesn't return phone calls and are unable to answer simple questions. Shanez is a wonderful therapist and has found what she should be doing for a living. However I can't let her positive distract from so much negative. Leslie Fox is not a kind person. People go to therapy to get help, not attitude and disrespect. The latter is what Leslie fox provided me more often than not. She is rude, ambiguous and doesn't seem to care about her patients.
She missed an appointment with me and blamed me for not showing up. Unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Doctor Justin Wade is the furthest example from a medical professional possible in the Universe. I’m shocked he is allowed to practice mental health and I have pity over his soul. Over the last decade he and his staff have been personally responsible for overmedicating my best friend / family and doing nothing to improve his condition. He and his staff would rather overmedicate your family with pills and watch you rot away in a room to suffer slowly and die. Doctors and staff do not actively evaluate medications and patient’s well-being. Simple questions during visits are asked to get patients

As stated below by other patients this establishment is a complete SCAM. They are exactly what other patients described - A money grabbing scam, Unprofessional & DANGEROUS!!! They only care about the MONEY. They WILL cut you off of your medication without ANY reason of wrong doing - even while completing all the required appointments and not even NOTIFY you! When asked for an explanation/reason- they will completely ignore you & not even give you a call back! They do the same when you try to contact them about appointments- they never answer the phones & are so hard to get ahold of! Do yourself

Peace of Mind has been a game changer for my family. Going through family changes prompted us to seek therapy for my son. He loves going to POM to see Donna and we have noticed a great improvement in his behaviors. The office staff is friendly and their reminder texts are extremely helpful for my busy schedule.
