Baker Glass was amazing. GEICO recommended me to Safelite and for some reason they kept cancelling me without even notifying me. They cancelled me for nearly a month. I called Baker glass and they had me in the the next business day. Professional, timely and exactly what I needed. It helped they were a couple blocks away from my house as well. Lol. Thanks guys! :)

Wonderful people. Went in 2 days before Thanksgiving for a window that wouldnt stay rolled up. They were able to fix it same day within 2 hours. Dealership wanted to keep my van for a week, Baker was so accommodating and easy to work with and even took my after market warranty. 1000% recommend for good honest work at a good price.

I had another well known glass company come out to my house,never got a call back for a quote and called there 2x. Heard about Baker Glass and was very impressed! They came a few days

Very unprofessional. Left broken glass all over the street in front of my neighbors and my drive way. I called the company to tell them about it and they said they would sent someone out to clean it up but nobody ever showed up. Now it’s just getting run over by cars all day. I hope nobody gets a flat. There are hundreds of pieces, I only took pictures of a few

This company is extremely unorganized, and doesn't follow up. I called on a Friday to schedule an appointment on Monday, to fix a broken window on my RV. The appointment was scheduled per the man I spoke to. Monday around 0830 I called to confirm the appointment, and it was like I never talked to them. Eventually they made another appointment, and told me it would be after lunch. At 1000 the technician called and asked if he could come immediately. When I got home, they had cut the plastic covering the window, and left it open for the rain to enter. Never heard back from anyone. Poorly ran

A good friend posted this to his social media page today. If he feels this way and by looking at the reviews, most people do, it would be a safe bet to stay away from Baker Glass. In any case, I hope they resolve this issue as he is well known at the beach and word of mouth travels fast. People tell between 9 and 15 people about a bad experience. Some as much as 20. About 4-6 with a good one. Just some food for thought.

I will never use Baker Glass, completely rude and unprofessional. I did not use their service but On my way home one of their drivers rolled down their window on the highway and threw something out, hitting my windshield and cracking it. I politely tried to signal the driver with no luck then when I reached out to them by phone I got transferred multiple times and talked to the owner who was very rude and said if it's a big deal than to go through my insurance and figure it out myself. He also told me that he wasn't going to even attempt to be helpful. The way I was treated just shows

We hired this company to install a shower door. When the installer came, my husband offered to show him photos of what was behind the tile and he insisted he didn't need them - he had been doing this job for 20 years. He ended up drilling into a pipe in the wall. We had to shut off water to our house for hours while we waited for a plumber to come to fix the pipe. Baker Glass refuses to pay for the plumber and the wall that had to be cut into to access the pipe.

I called them to get a quote on 3 shower enclosures. Someone did come out to measure and that's the last I heard. I had to call them 2 more times over the next two weeks to try to get the estimate. First they said they couldn't find it, them they said they found it but the guy who did the measuring didn't do it right. Then I got a call back from Mack who gave me a dollar amount but it wasn't for the enclosures we asked for. I asked him to email it to me and gave him the email address and I have never heard from them again. They seem WAY to disorganized to be in business and

I needed a window replaced over the sinks in my master bath. Window had been damaged by a flying stone. Baker came out, measured and accepted the job. When they came to install they removed one pane of the tempered glass and then announced they could do no more until some stucco was removed by a stucco specialist. They left and the window was full of jagged glass with other pieces on the ground. When I objected they told me they were walking away from the job and that every other contractor would tell me the same thing.
