Services
Dr. Moore received his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Michigan State University. He received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master's degree in Education. While serving in the US Air Force, Dr. Moore received Advanced Education General Dentistry (AEGD).

I just picked this dentist out of my new network. I was extremely apprehensive as my first visit was for a cracked tooth and a filling that had fallen out. I must say it's one of the best experiences I've ever had and Dr. Moore did a fantastic job, as normally I would be sore where the shot was given the day after and I was not. I was in an out with a crown within an hour and a half. Extremely satisfied. My hygienist was great too as I was back in for a cleaning a week later.

This office is listed as one of the offices that accept Healthy Indiana Plan insurance from the government directory. When I called to ask if they accept HIP the lady lied through her teeth and said they don't.
Unbelievably disgusting. Definitely reporting this to the appropriate government agencies. Sham of an office.

I feel compelled to review Create A Smile whenever I am there because I am always so happy with the experience and just adore Dr. Moore.
After nine months of COVID, I had enough human (gloved and masked) contact today to wonder how my husband would feel about it :) In all seriousness, the precautions the office has taken felt fantastic and I had a wonderful experience again today for my teeth cleaning.
On Tuesdays, they start seeing patients at 7 a.m., so I was able to get in early and back to work. I received a reminder text this morning and called upon arrival. I was told I could come in immediately
