Dr. Salzman performs all cosmetic surgeries at our surgical center, and our medispa includes fillers, Botox, lasers, medical-grade facials, peels, and much more! In our new 8000-square-foot office, we now have the luxury and convenience of an operating room nationally certified by the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (AAAASF).
Dr. Salzman and his staff appreciate the fact that you chose this office to begin your journey toward the new you. This will minimize your waiting time. Also, if you need directions to our office, please visit our driving directions page. We understand that you need to gather information in order to decide how to proceed.
After your consultation with Dr. Salzman, you will meet with our patient care coordinator who will go over the fees for both the surgery itself and for the anesthesia and facility. Our patient care coordinator can work with you to find a time that best fits your schedule. Try not to plan surgeries too close to important events such as vacations, weddings, or other life events.
For your own safety, you cannot spend your first night after surgery alone. Therefore, you must bring a companion with you to take care of you following your procedure. If needed, we can arrange an overnight caregiver for you. Depending on the procedure performed and your budget, you can choose between a registered nurse and a trained companion.
All surgical fees are due prior to surgery. Dr. Salzman's balance is due three weeks prior to your procedure date at the pre-operative appointment. We accept cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks (no less than three weeks prior to your procedure). Anesthesia Associates must be paid by noon the day before your procedure.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Salzman's office! Most importantly, he did an incredible job sculpting my new nose and giving me a look that was a huge improvement and looked natural for my face. I’m a patient of Dr salzman and had blepharoplasty on my upper and lower lids two years ago. Two weeks after my surgery I went back in to see Dr Salzman because I was having problems with my eyes tearing up. Dr Salzman dismissed my concerns and attributed my discomfort to a clogged tear duct.. because of my discomfort I scheduled an appointment to my optometrist I was put on eyedrops everyday for my eyes.. I had microdermabrasion using the Vivace machine with one of Dr. Salzman’s aesthetic providers almost a year ago and I truly had a horrific experience/outcome! Aside from the almost unbearable pain…….I only lasted through 2 sessions, 4 were recommended, thank God I was smart enough to see that the aggressive treatment that had broken my skin barrier, left my face/neck red, scratched, scraped and ultimately damaged was not worth risking 2 more aggressive treatments along with wasted time and a lot of money! I went here for 5 or 6 years for spa services. Everything was great, until it wasn’t. The customer service skills of the current office/admin staff are compromised. (I know—it’s rough out there rn 😔). Unfortunately, they were also unapologetic and defensive when this was pointed out to them. I never had an issue with spa services though, but it’s easier to just get those at one of the myriad of other places in town. Suggestion: if you have an appointment, confirm it day of before you travel to this office.

I have gone under the knife 3 times with him. I paid for a revision on my arms and you can see absolutely no difference and after a tummy tuck I knew at 2 months he had left me with a huge pocket of fat and dog ears and was told my c section scar would be gone but still visible .. even tho I was reassured before hand that I would not have dog ears… and I would be flat and the c section scar would be gone. The minimal was done . The pain and risk and money for something that should have been done as quoted the first round is crazy . At the risk of getting weird emails I will gladly show you

Really disappointed with my results. Dr Salzman talked me into spending $2800 on a procedure with him to get it right instead of $500 with someone else that "didn't have the technology or skill level" he had. $2800 later and my face looks exactly the same. All the scarring and pigmentation is still there. Total waste.
