Dr. Noel did my breast reconstruction after my cancer surgery. He and his staff are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He always explained all my options and listened to what I wanted. He was gentle and patient when I was in pain or concerned. He did a great job of reconstruction. Highly recommend him!!
