I have had only positive experiences here with our animals. All the staff were kind and compassionate both times we've had to put animals down. They made it as comfortable for us as possible, and followed up with a nice memento and kind words both times. We always feel they have our animals' best interests at heart. They have been patient and understanding with my incredibly nervous dog and have offered several different options for training and also medication to help make him more at ease.
