Freeman Law Offices
Watching family members with special needs struggle through life is difficult. You want to help them succeed but you are not sure how you can help. You reach out to your local school district for support, only to be told that everything is fine in school. You reach out to state agencies for other supports, but do not get a response.

You name your family member as a beneficiary of a retirement account or life insurance policy, but you are then advised that was not right either. Almost exclusively in advocating for individuals with special needs such as those with autism, dyslexia, and Tourette's, Freeman Law Offices, LLC is able to rely on personal and professional expertise to provide a one-stop shop to assist you in navigating this process at every stage of life.

The amount of effort, energy and time that Hillary had taken for my child’s placement is immense and even a family member would not have taken to help. It’s like “ I wanted the moon for my child “and she did aim for it and got the Moon. She takes so much effort to have a very good rapport with parents to understand the child’s needs and fight for it. Hillary and her staff are so kind in replying my phone calls every single day even when I knew I was nagging them. I have a great sigh of relief and I feel blessed that I knew her for what Hillary fought and achieved for my child.

In my experience with the law office, I felt there was inconsistent counsel coupled with unprofessional and reactionary behavior. I strongly urge folks to do your due diligence in finding a lawyer. To families seeking that help, good luck on your quest for justice for your child, if you've had a different experience here, I'm truly happy for you, we are all unique. For all families that live with managing extraordinary needs on a daily basis, and make the excruciating decision to hire counsel to better their child's life, it's important the we find people on our individual journey that stand by

We had a very complicated case with our district. We had hired an attorney that was not making any progress, and we were very frustrated, so I went online to a Moms Special Needs site and asked who the best attorneys were that they had worked with. Hillary's name came up more than any. We set up a zoom call, since all this was taking place during Covid. In a little over 3 months, Hillary had our case resolved, without us having to go to court, to our total satisfaction. Believe me, we were up against a strong force but she was an amazing advocate for our son and got our family what we need. She

This law firm went above and beyond for my son. Hillary and her staff are Professional, compassionate, understanding but most of they become your family in this draining process. I never had a doubt my mind that my son would get the services he needed. What was most important that he received the appropriate out of district placement and education that he deserved!!!. My district did not want to give in! Hillary fought for him till last minute. If you want the best for your child, look no further... Hillary Freeman and Associates is your answer!

Positive: Professionalism
Hillary Freeman is a thorough and extremely knowledgable education lawyer. She is down to earth and understanding of the needs of special education children. Mrs. Freeman is in this to make a difference, not just to make a living. Thank you Mrs. Freeman, I will recommend you over & over!

Hillary Freeman handled our case with grace and professionalism. My wife and I playfully refer to her as the litigation lioness who's knows exactly when to purr, and when to roar. She was so astute during our case, a recommendation she made to remedy an oversight in a law, was immediately implemented. Having stood with us for six months as we battled, and subsequently prevailed, we saw firsthand the level of respect Hillary garners from her peers and various magistrates. We HIGHLY recommend Freeman Law Offices, LLC.
