Zach in the service dept. is so helpful and knowledgeable, he always treats me with respect, keeps me informed on any repairs when I bring my car in for service. Our experience with the Aberdeen Leith Ram dealership has been amazing. We moved to Moore County the beginning of 2021 and we meet Andy Caulsen (I think I spelt that right) who was able to get us two vehicles, exactly as we asked for, even during rough times in the car industry. 10/10 Thank you to the whole team!

By far the absolute best experience we have had buying a new car. I inquired Thursday evening about a Charger that showed online. Sloan responded the next morning, I called him and went over some information.… He sent everything over by email and within 1 hour we bought a New Charger online/over phone. I asked if there was anyway possible to deliver to us in Charleston, Sloan said absolutely. To my surprise we had the car delivered to our door that evening by Andy!! He did the demo of the vehicle while here and explained everything in detail. I will definitely be doing business with Sloan

I cannot say enough about how terrible customer service is at this dealership! I have had multiple bad experiences I just tried for the last time to go back only because it was convenient and of course it was unbelievably unhelpful. When I first purchased my Jeep I had some oil changes for free which I had to use here. Every time it was a major issue and it would take hours even when I had an appointment. The first time I went in for an actual issue was when my abs light kept coming on. I left it with them for almost a week and they couldn't figure it out. I took it to a different dealership in

I'm from California, so take the fact that I even have an experience to share with these guys as recommendation enough! They were one of the only places in the country to have the 2021 Jeep Wrangler I was looking for, and when I called them to inquire about it, Tommy Freeman picked up the line. It was a friendly, down-to-earth, and overall incredible experience working with him and the rest of the team to ultimately purchase the car. I ended up flying out to NC to meet Tommy and the guys in person, and drive the car back home myself. At the dealership, they were just as upbeat, straightforward

Drove over an hour in the rain to buy a used car that I was told by Jim Parkin was still available. Scheduled a test drive even followed up with an email and was told no problem. Get there and guess what the vehicle was now unavailable. Jim Parkin did not even have the intestinal fortitude to come outside and tell us himself. He sent the young… sales rep out to let us know. This guy then proceeds to invite us to test drive a Honda Pilot, when we were coming to look at a suburban. You have to be kidding me.
