I took my Ford vehicle to Crossroads Ford of Southern Pines for an oil change recently. I guess that’s all I got because two days later I had a tire pressure warning light. Four of my tires were several pounds below the correct pressure. I might expect this from a Mickey Mouse garage but not from a Ford dealership on a Ford vehicle. Disappointing to say the least!

I’ve purchased or leased more cars than I can remember in my 70+ years but my experience with Crossroads Ford was as good as anywhere I have dealt with. Courtesy, honesty and a general feeling of ease made this a seamless experience. My salesman was great as was the sales manager and finance manager. I arrived at the dealership at around 11:00 am and was driving my new Ford Edge SEL home by 2:00pm. They met the number I wanted for my trade in, as well as the interest rate I wanted. Great experience!

Having 2 new tires installed on my truck took longer than expected. There was plenty of cold drinks and coffee along with wifi to make the day go faster. I had the tire to be replaced in the bed of the truck along with jack, handle and the other pieces that are needed to change a tire on the side of the road. When I got back home I opened the tailgate to put this stuff up and it was returned to the proper places. The technician went above and beyond what was necessary to make me smile. Thanks for the great service.

The service staff at Crossroads were very professional, cordial and attentive to my time schedule. I came in for a oil change and tire rotation and had to wait about two hours as there are no appointments for an oil change. The waiting room was comfortable and not crowded. No mask wearing in sight, except me.
