Based on the client's circumstances, Gregory Law Group, PLLC may be able to enter into one of the following debt resolution program offered by the IRS. An offer in compromise (OIC) is an agreement between the taxpayer and the IRS that allows the taxpayer to settle their debt for less than the full amount that is owed.
Perhaps the most terrifying phrase in the English language is "IRS audit". Few things conjure up more pain, suffering, and discomfort than the idea of having the IRS digging through all of your records for past years that you can barely even remember. As a former IRS tax attorney currently with my own private practice, Gregory Law Group, PLLC, I have worked IRS audits from both sides of the table.
The IRS sends millions of letters and notices to taxpayers. We understand that receiving a Notice from the IRS demanding payment or threatening levy or lien collection action can be scary. If you receive such an IRS notice, then you need immediate IRS debt relief assistance. Once the IRS determines taxes are due and owing, they will make an assessment of tax.
Even routine tax matters are confusing and difficult for a large part of the tax paying public. Add any level of complexity to the underlying transaction that produces the tax and you have the perfect recipe for misunderstanding and non-compliance. This is certainly the case when it comes to the IRS' disclosure requirements for offshore accounts.

I contacted Gregory Law Group because I was having a major issue with the IRS. I chose them because their advertisement disclosed that they were former IRS attorneys. Who better to assist me than those who know the system from the inside out !

Wish I would have moved forward the 1st time I spoke with Deborah Gregory. I'm pretty sure if COVID had not become an issue our tax resolution process would have been settled much quicker. There's no reason the IRS took so long! Deborah and Candice were always available and took time to answer my calls and emails in a timely manner. When I first spoke with Deborah Gregory, she was very upfront and did not sugar coat our situation or the possible outcome. We have finally settled with the IRS with favorable terms.
