BRAR with it's state and national counterparts, make up the largest and oldest professional trade group in the nation.

Services
Membership in the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS (BRAR) automatically extends your membership to the state association and national association. If you're not a member of the National Association of REALTORS, but you'd like to become one, you must first join a local real estate association. The core purpose of the National Association of REALTORS is to help its members become more profitable and successful.
Fill out the REALTOR Member application if you are not already affiliated with a REALTOR Association and would like to become a member of the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS. Attach it in an email to your Broker to sign and submit to BRAR. We will not accept hand-written applications, nor applications photo copied and sent as jpegs.
Please make sure you review the Local and Regional Rules & Regulations and complete the User agreement. Once BRAR has received your user agreement, the SentriLock activation process will be completed and you will be prompted to download the SentriLock app. Resources are just a click away. As a member of BRAR (local association), Virginia Realtors, (state) and National Association there are numerous benefits.
Your interest in the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors shows that you recognize the advantages of establishing relationships with REALTORS and understand how those relationships can help your business. To receive maximum benefit of an Affiliate Membership in BRAR, Affiliate Members are encouraged to attend a monthly business meeting, sponsor an event, and attend our annual Meeting of the Members as well as our Awards Banquet.
Joining a committee has always been a great way to make new contacts, learn about the new trends in the industry and have a hand in shaping the Association's direction. See below for more information. Plans and coordinates events which will enhance the Affiliate Members ability to network with the REALTORS.
