Unprofessional and disappointing. I contacted the office to book a viewing for a listing last week—I was assured immediately that it was still available and told to contact the viewing agent directly. I left a detailed message for her immediately afterwards. After no word for several days, I contacted the office again and received a host of assurances that my request to view the property would be communicated to the agent—we were never called or contacted by the agent herself or anyone from the Icon team.

We just closed on a home, and we can absolutely say that it would not have happened without Sarah. We didn't think it was in the cards for us, but she was amazing. She understood what we were thinking and feeling throughout and always steered us in the right direction. At the same time we had enough space to make our own decisions without any pressure - Sarah just offered her knowledge and expertise to help us make the best decisions for our situation. Icon has been a great experience! When you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly person working at a front desk. Then, you may be caught in a conversation with one of the agents! They offered me free food and a drink! It has been an overall great unique feel... going through the housing buying and selling process is very informative having been lead through it all by well educated real estate agents!
