Came in to install some tires on my rims. They found I had a bad rim so they helped me with that. But I ask for to install and balance the rest of the tires. When i got home I noticed a tire was leaking an my rims didn't have new weights. When I came back so they can fix they said they couldn't do anything about it.

My rating would be higher if not for the complete lack of accountability by the alignment technician. He would rather tell you to replace components than check his work! I bought four new tires and got a decent enough deal and they installed them very quickly, so far so good. I drove off their lot a very happy customer. Once on the road again, I noticed it was pulling to the right so I brought it back. I explained the problem to the sales guy, and he went to talk to the alignment tech. He came back and told me the technician said he adjusted the steering components as much as possible, so I must

Reasonable prices and service is fast. The 2 stars is for those installing the tires. The low rating is for the genius running the front desk. I got 4 tires for a family members car and I had a friend looking for new tires so I called for a quote. Dude that answered the phone said "I CanT gIvE YoU a QuoTe OvEr ThE PhoNe" and I need to come in to get a quote. That's how you lose customers and get low ratings, congrats!

Brought my car in to get a tire repair, they were helping a couple in front of me but still helped me in a timely manner. The price was very affordable and very helpful staff. They also pointed out what I can have repaired soon but didn't push me to spend more money. Overall very great service. Will be coming here for any of my tire needs.

DO NOT TRUST THE PEOPLE AT THIS TIRE BUSINESS! THEY WILL TRY TO ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY. Initially, I went in due to my car tire light coming on due to low pressure. I asked for my tire to be checked and the guy said that I didn't have a nail, however the reason the light came on was due to my tires being old and needing a new set. I said, okay sure. True, I was in need of new tires. Purchased new tires. After putting on my tires he said I also had bad breaks and needed front breaks which he offered to fix for a price. Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!! I had a nail in my tire. The tire is new has a lot of tread left to it I was told that it couldn’t be fixed and needed new tire for 275.00. For 1 tire on a Small vehicle ( Lexus CH200). I went to Sonora.. so honest and so kind and very well taken care of. I didn’t need a new tire.. They fixed it for me and saved me a lot of money! Thanks guys you are so much Appreciated!!!!! I will never go any where else for me tire needs!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for sure!!!!!!!!!

They will mislead you and put the wrong tires! I have a heavy duty truck and paid for "heavy duty" tires and my tires popped after 3 months and realized it's not the same tires from THE INVOICE. They're not honest and when we went back trying to ask them why they didn't they got upset and said they put them because the truck didn't need those tires!!!!
My question is why charge us for them and not put them on?!? I understand everyone's gotta make money but why mislead your customer?!? Put what we paid for! Then of course

If I could give this shop a 0 stars I would, man is so rude, we left my car at their shops but decided to get used tires instead so we called literally 1-2 minutes after leaving the car and told them we rather get used tires, they said they couldn't because they don't do used tires.. so we said okay the alignment alone is fine. He said he was going to charge me an extra 40 dollars for already mounting the tires on when there is no way they took off my tired and mounted 4 of them in less than 3 minutes.... HORRIBLE service. 100 dollars on an alignment. Don't go here !!!!!!!

I sent my wife to get new tires on our truck and she was impressed. I also told my trainer to go get his tires from here and he was happy.

Earlier this year I rolled my truck. After replacing all of the front steering components I need my tires balanced and an alignment. Sonora took me right in and went to work. I explained to them my situation and they made sure all of my newly installed steering components were secure. The truck aligned perfectly. After balancing my tires they also rotated them which was needed.
Finally my truck is driving straight again. Thanks fellas!
