Our services are provided by our staff of caregivers. Caregivers go into the homes of our clients to provide support of activities of daily living. Every client has an individually designed care plan, developed by our administrative staff in conjunction with the client, the client's family, and the client's other health care providers.
In the course of providing our services, we at Trinity are continually gathering resources to assist our current clients. To maintain as much independence as possible and to keep them safe in their homes our clients typically need various supports outside of family, friends, and caregivers. Our staff strives to be aware of these needs and makes efforts to get these other needs fulfilled.

Incredibly unprofessional agency that should not be allowed to be Medicaid certified. After having my caregiver for a few months, she showed up for her shift completely unable to perform her assigned tasks, which were not difficult. I had to carry in my groceries including 3 large water cases despite the fact that I have back issues. When I reported this to Trinity, I was told this was inappropriate behavior by my caregiver and that I would get someone else. Less than a week later I was notified of a termination of services due to a lack of having a caregiver on staff to "cover my needs." My needs

Trinity Home Care has provided amazing care to our parents. Trinity, you have been so reliable, are always kind, make good meals and are being so respectful with mask wearing during this Covid outbreak. With our parents' memory loss and frustration with having to have help (when they think they don't need it), we thank you for understanding and showing them empathy. Each bit of independence they lose is another blow to their self-worth and self-confidence. Each step has a mourning process that affects their mood and the way they react. Thank you again for how you treat them and your wonderful care

I have logged roughly a decade and a half in the service of others in healthcare, mental health and non-medical roles including working for Trinity and can say that Trinity definitely sets the bar. I have never worked for or been served by an organization that reflects more genuine integrity-and I have worked for a lot of great people. I would without hesitation retain their services for any of my loved ones. They are very careful to match the right caregivers to clients that will be the best fit and always do an introduction with new clients and caregivers, having thoroughly assessed the client

There's a few nasty reviews on here, unfortunately it's sad people have gotten some bad caregivers but 90% of us are amazing. If you don't mention it to the office they won't know what your caregiver Is doing and then they can't fix it. I have tried to leave and find other jobs not because it sucks but because I wanted something that my degrees cover, But I keep coming back to trinity they are amazing and take great care of us and.there clients. I AM SO HAPPY STRESS FREE AND LOVED BY SO MANY NEW PEOPLE I HAVE GOTTEN TO MEET OVER THE YEARS. I love ALL my clients and my co-workers. Best company I

I have been with Trinity Home Care & Resources now for almost 4 years as a caregiver and I love my job. The company is really all about the Integrity, Compassion, and the Service that we show to our clients and their families. As a Client I have been with Trinity since June, 2011. I will and have recommended Trinity to other Client's and people seeking employment. I have always had the upmost respect from them as well as for them. The Staff all have been so kind as well as being available to meet the needs of my disability in a timely manner. I was a caregiver for Trinity and have nothing but good to say about the company and staff. I met amazing people who impacted my life with my clients and with the staff who treated my like family. I always recommend them whenever someone needs in home care and I’ve only heard great feedback from those clients.
