We are a privately owned home health care agency providing nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy and personal care services to southwest Idaho. Our agency serves the needs of patients of all ages in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, Star, Emmett, Middleton, Marsing, Homedale, Parma and the surrounding areas of southwest Idaho.

At MultiCare Home Health, our goal is to keep you or your loved one safe in the comfort of home, enhancing quality of life and preserving independence. We commit to providing exceptional health care services in a friendly and dignified manner. Services range from Skilled Home Health Care, in which nurses, physical therapists or other clinical staff provide medical services in your home, to more traditional in-home Personal Care Services.
Each MultiCare provider is thoroughly screened before they're selected to join the team. The screening process includes drug testing, fingerprinting, criminal background clearance, and testing for tuberculosis. All caregivers are required to have CPR, HIPAA Confidentiality and Infection Control Training upon hire, and they all go through an orientation of policies and procedures, including Standards of Direct Care instruction.
Every effort is made to ensure your complete satisfaction, regardless of the services you are receiving. MultiCare is a licensed Medicaid/Medicare provider, and we work with most insurance companies. For Home Health services, MultiCare will investigate Medicare or your insurance benefits on your behalf.

The team at MultiCare do their best to provide the highest quality care to every client. They are a one stop shop from skilled rehabilitative care such as nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech to in home personal care. They do it all ! Their team is honest, warm, caring and compassionate.

Barbara has been working with both my parents in their home. They are very guarded and private, and Barbara was able to effectively step in as their caregiver and became a trusted friend within a very short time. We choose MultiCare after hearing an ad on a local radio station. I was about to have my 2nd back surgery and as a mom with young kids and no family around we made the decision to hire a company to help while I was recovering. They are an easy company to work with and so far (4 weeks into it) everything has worked out fantastically. We are glad we went with MultiCare and would highly recommend them.

My father fell and broke his hip. I had to bring him from Moscow and Multicare took incredible care of him. Ben and Will the physical therapist were patient and very kind to him. They explained things several times so he would understand. Elisa and her co worker were a great help in getting my house so it was really slip proof and convenient for him to get around. He says he's coming for a new hip this spring and wants the same people again really enjoyed them.
