Love this dentist. I’m newer to the area (military) and have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past. Everyone at this office is so nice, so professional, so thorough and just really on top of everything. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth, Sally, was super thorough and gave me the best, deepest cleaning I’ve ever had. She took time to make sure I was comfortable and was also super on top of getting everything accurate when it came to my X-rays and oral history. Loved Dr. Woo, she was super cool and friendly. My nephew has gone here for a year and got cleared with no dental issues every time. He is currently under anesthesia (with another dentist) to get his whole mouth rehabilitated. I know it's not all her fault but she could have at least caught some of the issues and saved him from some of this. I've heard some dental professionals say they would never work for her so it surprises me that there are so many good reviews. Just beware, and make solid, educational decisions when choosing your or your child's dental care.

The office is great. All the ladies are really sweet and super helpful. But they are lacking in knowledge. I had myself, my mother, my brother and my sister all attending here. One day, I just decided to try a new dentist. Thank god I did. My filling didn’t last more than 6 months. My current dentist told me it was leaking and causing decay. My mother got her chipped tooth fixed. She had one done previously in Atlanta that lasted her over ten years. The tooth she fixed fell off the same day. Both me and my son went to Dr Woo for 2017-2018. I went to her to do a filling and to clean my teeth and son went for cleaning. Well, we changed dentist to be closer to our home. Turns out we BOTH have VERY bad cavities and Dr. Woo never told us of the condition of our teeths. Just told me it needed some deep cleaning and that my son's teeth were perfect. We brush our teeth every night ...how can all of sudden we have very bad cavities?! Our new dentist is not impressed and trying hard to fix our teeth. Heck, the filling that Dr. Woo did for me only lasted 6 months!! Granted, Dr Woo and her staff

I was having extreme pain in a molar, and suspected I needed a root canal. A co-worker recommended Dr. Woo so I made the call. From the first person I spoke to on the phone to the end of every visit, I have been treated with great courtesy by both Dr. Woo and her entire staff. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, and left the office having all my questions answered, relieved from my pain, and with no hesitation about returning to see Dr. Woo in the future. I never thought I'd say this about a dentist nor feel the need to rush out and write a 5 star review but she and her whole staff deserves it. Everything was great from the work she performed to the care and concern the whole staff showed to the communications with me about my issues. Unlike others, they actually understand the patient's time is valuable too. They don't over book and have you waiting for an hour. I was in and out in 50 minutes and it was a pretty complicated procedure. I'm now sending my whole extended family to her.
