Ben and his team are extremely impressive. Their craftsmanship is far to none. They diligently worked on my car with and I had absolutely no issues. You can tell they had a wealth of their experience and they truly care about their work. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone.

My car was not properly aligned and they only fix one of my two broken struts. Ben himself handles the customers and it's a mess. The place looks like the ritz but you're treated like crap. He was more upset about the bad review than a dissatisfied customer. This has been the car repair from hell. As I sat waiting the second time for three hours, the amount of people returning with things that weren't fixed right the first time.

Just picked up my 14 Supercharger Range Rover Sport from them after a front end accident. Let me tell you, they did an AMAZING job! Spoke with Chris, he is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. Inside the building is clean as a whistle too which made me feel much more comfortable with trusting them with my baby. I will definitely be back for any body or paint work I need and will recommend Bens to all my friends and family! Thanks again Bens keep up the good work!!

We have taken three cars to Ben's over the last decade+ (full coverage), never had a problem with the finish and end results. The last time was years ago, now apparently the kid(s) have taken over and the quality and customer services have gone out the window. The rear quarter panel of our new SUV was side swiped. Damage was just on the panel not the door. After the car was repaired, the rear driver door was not in perfect plane alignment with the repaired panel and was at least 1/16 off. No quality shop would have missed that, end of story. The repair time also spanned more then originally stated

My Tesla got hit by a deer and my insurance company recommended Bens auto. The lady(Donna?) on the phone was very kind and gave me updates often. When I picked up my Tesla, I was very pleased the work they did. It was perfect as a new car. I felt very relieved during the whole process and was happy about the result. Benz Auto Body Is The Absolute BEST. My Car Was Involved In A Hit & Run. Everyone Said, “The Car Is Totaled .” I Honestly Thought It Was and I Thought It Would Drive Bumpy Where I Was Hit. But When I Picked Up My Car 3 Weeks Later. It Looked BRAND SPANKING NEW! Accident Where? It Drives PERFECT. They Definitely Know What They’re Know What They Are Doing.

and severely scratching the back bumper of my 2015 Hyundai sonata hybrid.
I was a little nervous because it's my first car ( practically new), and I can't express how AWESOME a job Ben's Auto Body did.
Chris helped me personally--wonderful, incredibly professional person--and he took genuine care of me and the car. It was like brand new-and at an incredibly AFFORDABLE Price. I even had a scratch from a previous accident that he included and took care of.

I highly recommend this body shop! They did an AMAZING job on my Audi. My car got sideswiped so the damage was somewhat minor (rim damage and multiple scratches). My car looks the same way it did when I pulled out of the Audi dealership 3 years ago. I am so happy with the results! Chris and his staff were great and very efficient.

Highly recommended! I've used Bens twice now, once after having my mirror knocked down while I was in class and once after someone drove into the passenger side of my car continuously while trying to switch lanes. My family member has used them for her car as well. They are professional, very accommodating, and do an exceptional job. It is a stressful experience to have your car damaged and repaired, and Bens does everything to make the process smooth, including working with the other drivers' carriers.

Took my pearl white mercedes here for body work.
They replaced everything with original OEM parts. Repaired a broken taillight and fixed up scratched rear bumper. Also replaced a badly cracked windshield.
When I got my car back, I could not even tell that it had work done to it, looked as if nothing happened!

Good work as I would expect and fairly quick after they got the car in. They actually allowed me to leave my car at the rental car facility where they picked it up and dropped it off as well which was a a great convenience. Two negatives were that they couldn't take my car in until a week after I called and all the change in my center console was gone after I got the car back. It wasn't much, maybe $2 worth, and I should have removed it before bringing the car in, but would have been nice to know they were trustworthy.
