One of the many questions a woman with breast cancer may consider either before or after a mastectomy (and in some cases a lumpectomy) is whether or not they wish to have a breast reconstruction procedure. We maintain a position at the forefront of advances in both plastic surgery and breast cancer care to help patients restore their silhouette and body contours following a mastectomy.
In patient who have lost significant weight either on their own or following weight-losss surgery, special technique and modification of abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) allows the surgeon to reliably remove excess tissue while tightening the abdomen, creating a nice and desired waistline. Removal of excess tissue from the arm or bachioplasty is done through incision on the inside of the arms, where it can be less visible.
Gynecomastia is a condition in men where the chest has a feminine appearance due to breast tissue or overhanging excess fat and skin. The cause of gynecomastia is different among patients. Yet, knowing the exact cause is important to the outcome of the surgery. Through small holes, the excess fat is removed from various parts of the abdomen, back, arms, or thighs to improve the contour of those areas.

I am so glad I chose Dr. Askari for my body transformation. His staff made every step of the way a very pleasant experience. I remember being very nervous when it was getting closer to my procedure. But on pre- op day when I met him, everything changed then. I felt at ease and every question I had was answered. I could not have asked for a more skilled attentive doctor. From the start we were scheduled over video for a consultation, which we were told was only going to be 15 minutes, Dr. Askari was on the video for over an hour with us!!! From the office staff that put you at ease, and are so great.. they stay in touch from early on in the booking process till we’ll after surgery. You text them and they text you right back. I had a migraine on a Saturday and Dr. Askari himself called me less than half an hour after I called the office!! My PCP doesn’t even do that. He listened to what I wanted and

I am a Nurse Practitioner and did extensive research to find a plastic surgeon fro my Mommy Makeover. I submitted an inquiry and received a response within the hour. I then set up my virtual appointment with Dr Askari who took his time to explain the procedures, provide advice for my body type and answer all of my questions. Nurses are naturally blessed with "that gut feeling", so I listened and booked my surgery the following day. Amazing experience from beginning to end! Within a few days of my online inquiry I got a virtual consultation with Dr. Askari. He was very nice and listened to my goals and concerns. He made sure I was comfortable with everything we discussed before moving ahead with the plan. Definitely took his time and did not rush through anything. He has extensive experience in both plastic and reconstructive surgery and it shows in his entire approach. From there I picked my surgery date. I couldn’t be happier with my results! I was hesitant at first because I had heard horror stories from other places where you were thrown out of the operating room into a wheel chair and on your own after that. Ladies, this is NOT the case. Dr. Askari and his team are professionals who CARE for their patients. My results are extremely natural looking and I’m only three weeks in.
