This facility is clean and safe for your loved ones.
I have had three family members here in 2 years.
Marie, Don, ViVi, Lynn, Grace and Richard are names I can remember at the moment and they are all on point with their roles. I wish i was better with names! The OT and PT teams are care centered and safety focused. As the loved one, I felt they are safe and receiving care to get home as soon as possible.
The care teams are working hard to provide consistent care even when short staffed due to current employment issues facing the US.
If you need short-term rehabilitation and you are willing to

I got hired for Assistant Activites department. I went back in for the reading and to do my paperwork. The nurse, camed read my arm was very very rude, went in and told a HR that I was rude. The Director of Activites came out and told me that she was sorry, she had to fire me because of what just happened. I was shocked and asked her to tell me what happen. She couldn't ! She didn't ask me what happened. She went in to HR and good thing the front desk heard, the nurse and backed me. She rehired me. I declined! I was very upset called back to speak with the Director, if course she was out. I told

My mother was in this facility for rehabilitation and she had an ileostomy. she was mistreated while she was in the facility. I spoke several times with the nursing supervisor and she reassured me that she was going to speak to the staff and that my mother would receive better care and that was never the case. A male nurse abused her while changing the wafer for the ileostomy. Her stoma was bleeding and he was cleaning it, she kept saying that it was burning and he replied good for you. Beware of this facility! Don't put your helpless loved one here. I removed my mother from this rehabilitation

Started off good, the physical therapy seemed OK, and nurse assistants were very friendly, however:
- food is absolutely a nightmare, to the point that it interferes with quality of healthcare bc patients not getting enough nutrients bc it tastes like absolute 90s public school cafeteria trash
- nurses did not help at all with discharge
- facility promised a walker upon discharge and did not deliver
- billing is a mess.
- could not deliver us a clear rehab scheduling
- at debrief meeting management refused to take responsibility for issues like a professionals would, instead saying "oh we

Working at Bridgewater Park taught me how NOT to treat employees, as I plan to work in management in the future. They leave the floor short for their nurses, don’t interact with staff & when concerns are voiced they are left unattended to. The marketing team has to lie to potential clients about the care they will receive & they do not take bullying serious. I am 1 of the 2 previous marketing employees within a year that was bullied beyond words & nothing was done by HR , Administration or corporate. They are supposed to be Christian based & are definitely opposite. I wouldn’t allow anyone

Bridgewater Park in Ocala Florida. This is happening in our own community. Absolutely disgusting how they treat you when you're trying to visit you dying family. I had to wait 3 weeks to take a class to learn to wash my hands, wear a face shield, a mask and gloves. And then you walk in the hallway to find a nurse nonchalantly standing there with her mask around her wrist. Does Covid not spread from nurses? And then they want to tell you that you can't visit your family because there's cases in the wing they are staying in. I wonder why there's Covid spreading? Perhaps because

Bridgewater Park Rehab is top notch. Without going into great detail, I have to say the entire staff from administration, Doctors, nurses, aides, physical therapists, the kitchen, Lynn and most of all a very special angel, Michelle Hartley are all phenomenal. This also includes everyone else who works at Bridgewater Park Rehab.
Everyone goes out of their way to make my mother’s stay comfortable. All have gone above and beyond in so many ways. We both are treated with respect and dignity. The whole staff are kind, and attentive to my mothers needs while she is in your facility. This rehab is

I know this facility is pretty new, it looks really nice, but.....I had knee replacement surgery on 2-8-19 and on the 11th went to Bridgewater park for inpatient rehab. My first physical therapy session the therapist overdid it and my knee swelled up 3 times it's size. After that I could hardly do anything. They consulted their inhouse dr. and he upped my pain meds. This has caused me a lot of problems with my recovery and extra expenses. Also they are not too good at answering call lights, I put my light on and let them know I needed pain meds and I ended up going all night without any, I
