Very clean. Residents appeared very happy and social with each other. Covid protocols were strong. Meal menus were very interesting and diverse. Social activities for the residents were plentiful.

The staff at Buffalo Crossing has been amazing. Our mom moved there during the Covid crisis and they have gone above and beyond to be caring and accommodating.

I was at this facility for rehab following a surgery. Most of the staff was either new or contract nurses. The care was horrible. To top it off Shortly before I left my friends left my wallet with me. During the short time it took me to take a shower and leave, three hundred dollars was stolen by a staff member. I brought this to the administrator' attention and he just blew it off. That was nine months ago with no resolution. Beware of this facility, as I have heard similar stories from other former patients.

I have been a resident of Buffalo Crossings for over a year. I moved here from my home in the Villages which was really hard. I didn't want to leave my home. At first I was afraid of leaving my apartment, but once I met some other ladies in the dining room I began to feel at home. I love participating in activities, visiting with my friends and I still go to Village activities in at the recreation centers and town squares. What I was most happy about is the freedom I have to live my life. When I was at home alone I didn't realize how isolated I had become. Now I have many new friends and the people

I loved the facilities, on Tuesday, March 13, I filled out a job application and he received me very kindly, the receptionist is spectacular and very nice, he also had an employee with a senior in wheelchairs and he helped me without asking for help. Excellent employees! It is nice to visit such cozy places.

I would like to comment as I am a resident of Buffalo Crossings assisted living and have been living here for over 2 years. My wife and I moved to Buffalo Crossings after I had a stroke and needed to be somewhere I could receive assistance. I have been so pleased since moving here with not only my care, but the way the staff treat everyone. Not just the residents, but the family members and visitors. My favorite things about living here are all the activities, the fact I can eat my meals anytime between 7am to 7pm and there is a huge selection of food to choose from. I can still drive my golf cart

The administration that runs this facility is absolutely despicable. It was recommended that my grandmother stay here with their beautiful shiny outside appearance and several decent reviews. Sense she'd been there she was not once properly cared for. Her sheets and clothes would remain soaked in urine for days, my mother had gone to check on her only to find her with her urine-soaked sheets now covered with dried blood from the day before. The staff say they are not allowed to attend to the people staying here as per their supervisors instructions. I highly discourage anyone from bring their loved

This review is based strictly on a tour. Ken (the maintenance man) showed us around, and he was very informative. Obviously, he did not know financial info, or anything like that, but he gave a thorough tour, and many of the residents greeted him. It was obvious that they like him, and he even took a few minutes to make a quick repair for one of them. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the kindness he showed the residents. He gave a great tour!
The facility is gorgeous and clean, and we were invited to have lunch in the big, beautiful dining room. It really felt like we were in
