I'm convinced Jennifer does magic with hair. I walked in yesterday with Covid hair, meaning I've been doing it myself for the past year. It was way too dark and too many accidental shades of red, brown and black. A mess! When she was done, I was a new woman. She was able to even out and lighten the color beautifully.
The haircut was also exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate that she listened to what I asked for and then gave me exactly that.
I came here from Asheville on the recommendation from a friend. It's a long drive for me to get to Shear Madness and back home, and it's worth it.

Absolutely amazing! It was my first time there, and Jennifer and David were so welcoming and made me feel like I was just hanging out with friends! She educated me on hair care, and the cut and color turned out better than I could’ve imagined it. This is not the last time I’ll be going there. Fantastic!

Jennifer is amazing at what she does! I am so happy I found someone who knows what they are doing. I had an image in my head of what I wanted my hair to look like and she made it happen better than I imagined!! The salon is absolutely beautiful and making an appointment is super easy. Gone are the days of having to book weeks in advance!!! They are so accommodating and have a great schedule.

She'll do whatever you want done. But loves to take care of your hair to the best of her ability and again, will share what's best for you and your hair
She is also an instructor at the local college. Teaching cosmetology for TIGI- cuts, colors, styles and products needed for specific hair types etc.
So she has a clue as to what is going on. For new clients wanting the perfect color, she will do her research prior to your visit, to make sure it comes
