They people who answer phones are great! Professional. But there was much disconnect between them and the people who pick up and drop off the rugs. For example, when I called initially, I was told they put the pick up on the schedule for tomorrow at x time. Noone showed the whole day. When I called, they reached out to the guy who picks up and he said he already got his schedule before they added my pick up.
Then they were way late to the rescheduled time. Then they guy who picked them up told me they would bring them back on Monday. Great i said I would be home. No one showed. When I called,

Jorge was fantastic with his follow through, and customer care. My 12x10.5 Persian, Pottery Barn Rug, was returned and rolled out by both Jorge and his co-worker. They were polite, professional, and even held my rug a few extra days, while I had my hard wood floors professionally cleaned, so it would be out of the way! I highly recommend this company. I was very happy with the care that was given to my beautiful rug. And the price, for this size!!! Don't get me started.... other companies were quoting me half, or more than half of my total rent. This company is horrible. They cancelled several times for cleaning of ONE room. The office staff and the workers could not coordinate a time to have work done and therefore would cancel scheduled appointments After THREE weeks of trying to get this company to come out for a cleaning, I finally gave up and cancelled. I would not recommend this company for anyone.

Hi... I had a very bad experience... I contracted for a whole house cleaning at 0800 this morning... hadn't heard from them, and they hadn't shown up by 0810 - so I called. Jorge said his Technician had left his house at 0800... and would be arriving at my house in 30 minutes. 35 minutes passed... no Technician. I called Jorge again, and was told that the Technician was still on his way. Long story short, it was 0910 and still no Technician. I then cancelled, as I had lost all faith in the company. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Jorge talked a good game but had a hard time managing his crew and the 3rd party people he hired. Jorge wrote things down and was very articulate unfortunately never passed his notes to his workers. We were let down week after week on a major restoration and did not have access to our only bathroom.

I've Champion Chem-Dry a few times in the past few years and I am amazed at how clean the carpet looks after they come by - I love my vacuum, but sometimes it doesn't get everything, but Chem-Dry makes it all look like new.
I called them yesterday and got an appointment for today - the cleaner arrived 15 minutes early and helped me move a heavy couch, then went to work on the rooms needing cleaning. After a little more than an hour, he was done and my carpet looks fantastic - and it was dry in a few hours.
I should have looked at their website first to get a coupon!
