There's little question that getting a mortgage is a complex process. You wouldn't be researching mortgage loans if you could get a loan in a single day with a simple application. But Abbey Mortgage does the heavy lifting so you can concentrate on your life rather than the mortgage loan. A couple of factors determine this amount.
Upon completion of all instructions of the escrow, closing can take place. All outstanding payments and fees are collected and paid at this time (covering expenses such as title insurance, inspections, real estate commissions). Title to the property is then transferred to the seller and appropriate title insurance is issued as outlined in the escrow instructions.

We were interested in making an offer on another home without it being contingent on the sale of our current one and wondered what would be the maximum amount we would qualify for. This was the 2nd time I used Abbey Mortgage to buy a home. They did a good job both times. I called my bank and they did not call me back for over a week. Abbey called me back right away. Abbey had a better rate than my bank. I recommended Abbey to my sister and she also used Abbey as well. My sister had bad credit and she was still able to get a home. I tell everyone to go to Abbey Mortgage.
