We decided to book a party bus for 10 individuals last minute and Chitown bus was the only place that had a sprinter van available. They were great in communicating that the bus would have party seating Which was important to us, unlike other bus companies. Even though the driver arrived late, because someone else had misplaced the key for the van, they contacted us, kept us updated, and apologized. Everything worked out great!

From beginning to end, Chitown LimoBus made scheduling, payment, and coordination easy. Bob was very responsive and attentive with our needs. On the day of our wedding, we were pleasantly surprised our bus driver Clarence arrived early to ensure we were on schedule throughout the day. Clarence was truly a rock star bus driver. The bus was extremely clean, and stocked with water, ice, and necessary trash containers. Clarence was so understanding and kept congratulating us on our big day and made sure my wife and I were truly catered to. The rest of our bridal party enjoyed Clarence as well

Bob was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The driver Keith arrived on time and was super nice and patient while everyone got on the bus. He helped us load stuff into the car too. There were issues with the sound system but Keith helped us figure it out. There were times along the way where the sound would lose connection but it only happened like twice. Overall I was satisfied with the the price, booking process, and our awesome driver!

Extremely disappointed. We had rented the 24 passenger Luxury bus with wrap around seating, lighting, sound system, tv, and bathroom for our wedding party on June 5th. We needed the bus for transportation around the city for wedding photos and then for a fun hour long bus ride to get the party started to our venue in the suburbs.
The bus was able to bring the groom and the groomsmen to the bride for the first look, and let me tell you the bus was big, spacious and beautiful.When the whole party was on the bus and about to leave to start our wedding photos the bus has broke down.

5 stars for ChiTown LimoBus! I had to weed through a lot of options for our team day trip and was happy when I got a hold of Bob through ChiTown LimoBus. We had a set price for our trip, early arrival, and flexibility once our plans changed and we added an hour to our trip. Shawn was a great driver and was kind to let us make some changes to our itinerary so we could still have a good time on the bus. Nothing but compliments on the service and bus and they've definitely earned my business for future trips!

We hired Chitown LimoBus for an excursion from Batavia to Chicago and back and they were awesome. They arrived early, were quick to pick up when our show was over. Really annoyed. The music system on the bus didn't work correctly so we had the driver drop us off at our final location early. The driver kept saying it was our internet connection. We tried on multiple phones and every time we hit a bump during the drive, the system went out so it was obviously an issue with the system itself.
It was a super boring way to end my awesome wedding. Luckily we only booked 2 hours, otherwise this would not have been acceptable. You can't have a party bus without a working music system.

I used the services of Chitown Limo Bus on several occasions: birthday party, bachelorette party, girls night out...and each time the experience was wonderful. The drivers arrived promptly each time, provided enjoyable ride, respecting the traffic rules... all the drivers were polite and nice. The buses are really comfortable, lighting is just right for party occasions and contributes to wonderful and romantic atmosphere. Sound system is great! The busses very really clean each time. I would recommend the Chitown Limo Bus experience! Exceptional experience :)

Horrible I specifically asked for a Benz sprinter and in return I got party bus it was for kids event the kids where bouncing all over the place the driver Lenard was rude and drove like a crazy person when I called then bob said take it or leave it that’s the only bus they had horrible service there are plenty of party bus companies out there don’t settle for this one ☝️

We had a GREAT experience with our 24 passenger limo bus for a 9 hour Saturday charter between Chicago and Milwaukee. We were promised a good driver, a nice bus with a bathroom/AC, on time departure/arrival, a set price paid upfront, being allowed to play our own music, and being allowed to bring our own alcohol for the trip...and they delivered on everything! It all went very smoothly and special shout-out to our driver Shawn who was fantastic. Would definitely use them again for our bus needs.

This is an unprofessional service. The driver was late, never explained the rules of the bus or even greeted us. After the first stop, an additional man showed up in the passenger seat; again, he never introduced himself, explained his role or why he was there. It was off putting. At the end of the night half of our party arrived on the bus at 1:51, and he said he was going to leave without the others, who were waiting at the light only a few ft in front of the bus. We said that we paid until 2 and we would report it to the company. He said we didn't pay him, and he does not care about the

I decided to get a party bus for My 29th birthday and I couldn't be happier. Igor made setting everything up extremely easy, and Bob was a fantastic driver who made riding in the bus an enjoyable experience. I was worried about how everything would work out becuase my friends turn into animals when they start drinking, but everything turned out great. I would absolutely recommend this place for birthdays, bachelor party's and the like.

The best accommodating limo service in Chicago! My expectations were more than met! Awesome service, on time and on point! Spoke to Igor about what I wanted. I am very picky and want what I want. He had a bunch of questions asked prior to signing anything. He was nice and patient to work with me on prices too. I shopped around a bit so I know he gave me a good deal. Had a great experience. Great vehicle with nice details like free ice, multiple TVs, great sound system. Our driver was very helpful and flexible. Finalizing the details was straightforward. I called around to a few places and their pricing was excellent. Overall worked great and would use ChiTown again no questions asked.

Rented their services for my wedding day and it was awful! The bus was not thoroughly cleaned for my wedding to be the first service of the day. There were gnats on the bus and the driver attributed it to having a bathroom aboard the bus. Further, the air condition was not working properly so my wife and her bridesmaids were sweating, uncomfortable, and nearly sweated their make up off. We had a party of 16 with two photographers so imagine how much hotter the bus was.
In either case I called and spoke with Igor on 8/13/18 and it is now 8/17/18 and he has not returned my phone call as he indicated

My wife and I recently used Chitown LimoBus for our wedding transportation for us and our wedding party as we went around the city taking pre-wedding photos at various locations in the city. The car was a very nice, clean sprinter van which was spacious for our ten person wedding party plus our two photographers. The sound system was great and seating very comfortable! Our driver was safe, courteous and on time for all of our plans. We are very happy with them and would recommend anyone use their services for wedding transportation!

Working with Igor was great! I had a bus for 36 people to go from the suburbs to downtown Chicago on a Saturday night. The driver was on time, friendly, helped shepherd our huge group, and drove really well.
The bus itself was really comfortable, the lights were fun, and the speakers awesome. Bathroom is always clutch.

In looking for a limo, I used Yelp to solicit quotes and Chitown limo was very quick at getting back to me. Igor was a great communicator. They gave me a competitive quote, and getting the contract signed was easy. A few days before the show, they sent me a email confirming all details. The driver was on time and professional, the limo was beautiful, and the experience was great. I will definitely use Chitown in the future. I highly recommend them for your chitown needs.
