We used Crown Cars & Limousines to get guests to and from a wedding rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Over the two nights, we reserved two cars and got to meet three of Crown's drivers. All three were personable, polite, on time, and knowledgeable about the area. The cars were clean and comfortable and the drivers were excellent. With very short notice, I hadn't planned ahead and it was the Lollapalloza weekend, the front office worked some miracles for us and found the cars and drivers. We couldn't have had a better experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Crown Cars! I arranged for a meet and greet to surprise my wife on her first trip to Chicago. We came down the escalator and there was Vinnie ready to go! We were exhausted after a very early morning flight during which we were surrounded by screaming toddlers. Vinnie grabbed our bags, loaded them up, opened the doors and offered us some chilled water. I usually don't write reviews but I felt inclined to do so in this instance. I travel to Chicago frequently and have used many different companies for my transportation to and from O'Hare airport. I've been in far too many filthy cabs, Ubers, and private cars to count so I usually see airport transportation as the part of my trip where I feel the need to use hand sanitizer. Imagine how many peoples hands touch the handle of these cars after they wipe their noses or the delinquents that don't wash their hands after the restroom! Will never use them again, even though my family has done so for years. Picked up at airport by a driver who arrived with a frown and then complained about my baggage. I had exactly the luggage that I had told the reservation desk when booking my ride. The driver then was unable to place bags into the trunk, so I ended up doing myself. I called the office to let them know why I would not be using them again. The manager was apologetic and would call me back to try to keep my business. Well, that was two weeks ago....I will be booking my next ride with another service.

I used Crown Cars and Limousines this past weekend on a business trip. I used their Sprinters for a group outing that I had. The Sprinter was brand new. The driver was knowledgeable about the Chicago area and helped us during our dine around. It was great.
I also used one of their beautiful sedans. I have to say, they were immaculate. Again, I had a great experience with the professional driver that was assigned to me.
