The salon itself does a good job on services but it is very inconsistent. Like any nail salon, some artists are better than others. However, even if you schedule an appointment with the artist you prefer you will not be guaranteed that appointment. I have been going here for a while and have always scheduled online but not specified a technician and it was never a problem until my last visit. I scheduled a specific tech this time but was not able to have the person I scheduled with because they were busy but it was not too big of a deal because I still got one of my preferred techs. I felt overcharged

I LOVE Will! He does such an amazing job and takes his time! My nails always look amazing!. I was just there this past Sunday and was in the area today doing some shopping and had an appointment. Unfortunately my own fault, I was loading up groceries and my thumb nail ended up breaking 🤦🏽‍♀️ I saw they opened at 10 and went to make an appointment with Will but I was pressed for time and needed it done asap. The store opened at 10:10 and I was the second person in there. The lady who I assume was an owner came off very rude and seemed to almost question if I had actually been serviced

Staff is immensely rude to customers, the amount of snippy comments and attitude was astounding. An experience that was supposed to be relaxing turned into one that left me and others feeling immensely uncomfortable, judged, and stressed. Discomfort was evident in most present. Staff uses the same file and buffer and does not sanitize or treat their equipment. Will not be returning at all.

My nails are unevenly painted and filed crooked and the acrylic is sloppy around my nail beds/cuticles. I got these done last night at 630 and it looks like I got them done 2 weeks ago. (I had a hard time taking pictures because my camera wouldn't focus.)
I didn't get a good look at them until I was at home and saw how sloppy they looked and my middle finger nails actually look like /. I do not recommend.

I want to thank Kim for doing my nails,She did a great JOB! You do have to make sure they UNDERSTAND WHAT U REALLY WANT DONE BECAUSE OF A LANGUAGE DIFFERENCE .You can always do a color test on one nail if you are not sure you will like it. I've been going here for the last 5 years .

The wife and half of the staff are very rude and pretends not to understand English, especially when they’re not giving out good quality service. Debbie , and the owner himself, and the younger lady are Awesome! They rest of them always have their nose turned up at other like they’re better then everyone else and they don’t know anything but pedicures !!! Price are subject to change daily they quote one thing on phone but by the time they are finished it’s a totally different price.
