I went for a full set of poly gel nails because as my nails are growing out they are weaker than I’d like them to be and this technique is suppose to add strength without damaging your natural nails. BEWARE!! The way this is done at Rubi’s ruined my nails!!!!! Michael glue tips to my nails and when I asked about using the the duo-form and all gel he said that isn’t how it’s done. I should’ve left then but I figured he knew. Nails were incredibly thick and looked liked candy pieces on top of my nails. So disappointed because I hadn’t found any other establishment offering this service

Honestly I didn’t expect much from them. This was my first visit and I came in emergency because I broke my nail and I need to go to a important meeting day after. So I find this salon to redo my nails.
I asked for method that will make my nails stronger since two were already damaged and they recommended powder. I have never use it and when guy started dipping my nails into powder I wanted to get up and leave. Fortunately I didn’t and results are good. I had the Sport Pedicure. This place is sparkling clean, everywhere.
I enjoyed all the aspects of this pedicure from the grooming, scrub,
collagen socks( new for me) and herbal booties (also new for me).
Why would you go anywhere else when this place is the best!

I went in and got my acrylics removed, I had set up an appointment for removal and dip powder, but Vy said she might not have time so we switched it to a French gel manicure, hardly anyone was there so I was confused by that. I also got a pedicure and the guy was so rough and cut me in 3 spots. When I called about what could be done, she got an attitude and said I could make another appointment. Wouldn’t give a partial refund, nothing. I had to go elsewhere to get them fixed. She was on her cell phone pretty much the whole time she did my nails. She had time, she would just rather be on her phone

I really wanted to love RUBI nails because of how nice and clean it was upon entering this nail salon! I got an acrylic fill with gel polish back in the beginning of September. Within a week, 2 of my nails completely fell off with no force and other nails were lifting. This is not typical for me as I take good care of my nails and I have never once had a nail fall off within a week of getting them done. By far my favorite nail salon… ever! The quality, cleanliness, and style of this place is totally unmatched. I live out of town but drive back just to get my nails done here— visiting brings me pure joy!!

Love Rubi Nails for multiple reasons! Customer service and quality of the finished product is wonderful on a consistent basis. Using an appointment only system, allows me to have one person providing my service without rushing and having multiple people throughout my time there. The salon is spotless. Throughout the pandemic, the staff always followed protocols recommended for COVID 19 prevention.
I highly recommend Rubi Nails. You may have to wait several days for an appointment but it is well worth the wait for great service!

As a guy, I first discovered pedicures, the best kept secret of the ladies, back in 2005 when I lived in Austin, Texas. A girl friend took me in for a pedicure on my birthday, which made me nervous, but when I got into the spa there was a University of Texas Longhorn football player getting a pedicure with a big smile on his face. Went to get my nails done with my friend for the first time since having my child (10 weeks postpartum) and I wanted a slate blue and thought that's what I picked out but when they were putting it on, it looked more bright blue. I tried to address it twice during the first coat but was told it was the correct number to color. I hoped that it would look more slate blue as it continued but it just continued to look worse. So I asked them to remove it, which they did. They were booked understandably and could not fit me in for a new color but did charge me fully for what turned out to be a waste

This is my first time here and I absolutely love it! I'm not the type to leave a review but the customer service, to the time and care put into my fill-in and pedicure deserves it. Tuan did a phenomenal job on my hands and feet! I have no complaints whatsoever. Moving forward I will make a reservation first since I'm pretty sure I got lucky walking in. I started coming to Rubi a couple months ago after my last nail salon treated me poorly. It was fate! They are clean, organized, friendly and work by appointments mainly! I love it! It is so relaxing and refreshing to be so well taken care of!

I should have known not to come to this place from the start.. from the moment I called to make an appointment it sounded like the person who answered was at home, with her children screaming into the phone. The nail salon was very beautiful inside, and in the end my nails look good.. but they do not give you a foot or leg massage other than just rubbing the lotion on for 20 seconds, if you want pressure they stated that is an additional charge.
