Burton Ridge Apartments

The move in went smoothly. They had just finished installing all new carpeting, fan, toilets. I had a couple of minor fixes which they promptly took care of which I appreciated. So far it's been a good experience. Hats off to the manager who is very courteous and friendly. She made the experience a little less tedious.

Renee, the apartment manager does an absolutely incredible job maintaining these apartments and the surrounding area. We moved in at the beginning of the month and she made sure it was as smooth as possible. She had our unit completely brand new when we moved in. I didn’t have to clean anything because the place was sparkling clean. Beloit is absolutely filled with slumlords, but this place is definitely on top of everything. She even checked in with us to see how everything was going. She is always there to answer questions and she’s overall just a wonderful person to know. I’m pleasantly

Renee has been more than amazing during the move in process. Renee has been more than willing to answer any questions that we have had. She also responds rather quickly which we are very impressed with. We appreciate so much the effort that she has to make sure we were/are happy. Renee is honestly the best property manager we as a family have dealt with. She has never made us feel like we were bothering her or that any of our questions were dumb. We had a little bit of trouble with our application and Renee was more than willing to have us come in so she could help us!! We look forward to our future

I moved here in November of last year and I love it here! The property manager Renee Hayes is awesome! She has always been friendly and very professional. Any need that I have had has been handled quickly and efficiently. My apartment is roomy and having a wooded area makes it feel like I’m in the country. The people here are friendly and always wave and smile when passing by. I highly recommend this place if you want quiet , clean and a friendly atmosphere!!

I enjoyed my time living at Burton Ridge. Renee was a great property manager and maintenance requests were always completed quickly.

The application process was easy and the management was very helpful and efficient in providing accurate information in a timely manner. The spacious apartments and the added amenities made it a good choice.

Renee, the manager, is fantastic and easy to talk to. We toured a model of the 3 bedroom option, and it was spotless and huge for the price. As we were touring she gave us an in depth run down of expectations of tenants, and let us ask questions. She is very transparent and thorough in her work and let us explore everything within reason. In the end we did not go with Burton Ridge due to conflicts with move in date, which Renee was also very transparent about. If the move in date did work, we would have chose this in a heartbeat. You can tell that Renee takes a lot of pride in what she does and

Started out great, then went down hill. Refused to call in pest control for mouse infestation, then bed bugs. They DON'T take care of their residents.

Ive couldn’t ask for a better office Manager then Renee anytime I call for anything she comes to handle it right away. The area is always so clean and pretty quite, a lot of people in the neighborhood is very pleasant. I don’t plan to go anywhere. They even keep the area safe for kids to be able to go out and enjoy themselves. Definitely go beyond there job description to make you feel comfortable.
