Beautiful updated apartment with good sun light coming in, new appliances, no bugs, and clean smelling. This place is really well worth the money and i have to mention the manager Urclyn who is very helpful and kind. Great renting experience 5 stars. I highly recommend!

Unprofessional to say the least. They don’t care about their tenants.I have been disrespected on two separate occasions by the regional manger Mr. Nathan.
I’m under the impression that he feels that I’m beneath him, but as a business man you should be able to separate personal from business. It’s simple respect people no matter there color or position!

Lived here for a year and a half, only moved out because we now needed a 3 bedroom, which isn't available in this building. rooms are incredibly spacious, much more than anywhere else you can get in this price range. it's also great being right in the heart of Beloit, being able to step outside and walk into downtown or to the library

This place is great for a student! The apartments are really modern, it's a short walk to campus and even downtown is walkable with a nice park on the way. The underground parking is a lifesaver in the winter. The onsite laundry is a huge convenience and the management does a really good job keeping it clean.

Moved out a year ago as they keep increasing my rent. The kids from the college trashed the place. love finding half used joints on the patio.

Had an appointment for a showing at noon 11/4/17 and the person aka “Stephanie” the property manager did not even show up. Drove out of state, over an hour drive just be stood up. Very frustrated and disappointed for wasting my gas and my time.
