Buying a home can save you money. You'll save on taxes because the interest on your mortgage is tax deductible. If you are renting, your landlord benefits from this tax savings. For example, a portion of your rent check ends up going toward your landlord's mortgage interest and property taxes. Brandon Martens and his team are wonderful! We relied on them over seven years ago to help when I relocated from the intermountain region for work and we have stayed in touch ever since. They are nice if you are white; not friendly to poc. I have 3 daughters, the eldest is mixed but has her (black) father's hair.
We visited Hegg this weekend for a Trunk-or-Treat. One of the Hegg ladies was dressed as Daphne from Scooby-Doo. She was nice to my 2 white children but made rude comments to my mixed child, about how she didn't like her hair texture. She told her her hair looked messy, like she just woke up. My daughter is learning to take care of her hair on her own, it was also very windy on Saturday. The comments this lady made, directly TO my daughter, were rude and hurtful

Hegg realtor markets properties with maintenance free service provided by HOA which isn't actually provided because SD allows this deception as legal fraud. I was also told what the property taxes had been on a property only to find out the amount was only for 6 months half of what it really cost. $1500.00 was suddenly $3000.00.
They partnered with Select builder who build defective homes only to refuse to honor warranty and keep switching lawyers to avoid legal action. RICKY Jr. of Hegg promised to fix everything only to refuse to acknowledge issues. I would not recommend this real estate
